  • What are your opening hours?
    We are open 7 days a week:

    • Monday – Saturday: 07:00– Late

    • Sunday: 07:00 – 8:00pm
      Our kitchen closes at 7:30pm on most days, and 8.00pm over Friday and Saturday Please call ahead to confirm, as this can change due to weather.

  • Do I need to book a table in advance?
    Booking is not strictly necessary — we welcome walk-ins all day. However, for groups of 5 or more, we recommend booking in advance so we can arrange tables accordingly. A holding deposit may be required for larger bookings, which will be deducted from your bill on the day.

    Do you cater for dietary requirements?
    Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let our staff know of any allergies or dietary needs when booking or ordering.

    Can I bring my dog?

    What is the capacity for private events?
    Our upstairs space accommodates up to 80 seated or 120 standing guests.

    Do you offer catering for private events?
    Yes — from canapés to full meals, we offer custom catering to suit your event style and budget.

  • When do you host live music?
    Our Pier One Sessions feature regular live music events throughout the year. Follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming performances.

  • Is Pier One family-friendly?
    Yes! We welcome families and provide a children’s menu, high chairs, and a relaxed environment.

    Is the venue accessible for disabled guests?
    As we’re located on the cliff face of Plymouth Hoe, access can be difficult. We do have handrails to assist. For street-level outdoor tables, we operate a bar-order service, but you're welcome to wave over a member of staff or give us a call when you arrive — we're happy to help. description

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?
    Yes, gift vouchers are available and best purchased in-house. Please speak to a staff member during your visit. If you can’t come in, get in touch and we’ll assist where possible.
